You agree not to harasses or advocates harassment of another person, including but not limited to any other member of SingleKurds.com or SingleKurds.com employee, while using the Service.

Profile: You will not post in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or E-mail addresses and other personal identification or location information

You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexually suggestive or connotative language or photographs, including but not limited to nudity or sexually provocative and explicit language and/or images.

You agree that SingleKurds.com may delete, modify and edit any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") without notice that in the sole judgment of SingleKurds.com violate the Service Agreement or will improve the service delivery or which might be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of other SingleKurds.com Employees and/or its Members.

Commercial Activity: You agree that SingleKurds.com site is for the personal use of individual users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors by you. Organizations, companies and/or businesses are not permitted to become SingleKurds.com Members.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.

You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other SingleKurds.com Members.

You will not use the SingleKurds.com Service or Site for any purpose other than seeking a match.

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including also, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

You will not engage in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

It is possible that other SingleKurds.com Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the SingleKurds.com service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the Member may use such information to harass or injure you.

You agree that SingleKurds.com is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Service. You are responsible for information you post on the Site. Law: The Agreement and the relationship between you and SingleKurds.com shall be governed by British law (regardless of conflicts of law principles). You and SingleKurds.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of British Law. SingleKurds.com failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

You agree that SingleKurds.com has no access to credit card numbers and other card details. SingleKurds.com has no involvement in the online credit card transaction process. Security and liability for this process is with specialist service provider WorldPay.

Termination: You agree that SingleKurds.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of the Agreement or any subsequent modifications, or attempted assignment of your account.

You acknowledge and agree that termination may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that SingleKurds.com may immediately delete files in your account and bar any further access thereto. SingleKurds.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of Service or any claims related to the termination of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

You agree that SingleKurds.com reserve the right to terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to distribute copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. Any unresolved matter shall be brought to a binding arbitration at the discretion of SingleKurds.com management, in accordance with British Law and all such arbitration and personal jurisdiction shall take place in United Kingdom.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service and the materials available on or through the Service are provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either expressed, implied statutory in any communication with SingleKurds.com or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law,

SingleKurds.com does not represent or warrant that the materials or the results of the use of the materials available through the Service or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the SingleKurds.com Service whether online or offline.

SingleKurds.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications.

SingleKurds.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the SingleKurds.com Site and/or in connection with the SingleKurds.com Service.

SingleKurds.com guarantees that mailbox messages sent by Members will be processed by the SingleKurds.com system and sent to the Member. Notwithstanding, SingleKurds.com does not guarantee a response from the Member nor does it make any other promises or warranties of any kind.

You agree that SingleKurds.com cannot guarantee a minimum uptime or performance level. Site and/or Service errors or period of inaccessiblity are likely at any time.

Emails sent between you and other SingleKurds.com Members that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by SingleKurds.com to the extent required by applicable law.

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the SingleKurds.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and SingleKurds.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
